MODEL PM1000
POTTING MACHINE

•    The Model PM1000 is a smaller version of the High Speed Potting Machines as shown to the right.
•    It has a 2 cu. yd. hopper and variable speed potting conveyor and is designed to fill up to 5 gallon pots and hanging baskets.
•    The overflow of the media that automatically fills the containers on the conveyor is returned to the hopper by the incline belt;  thus, savings on waste, as well as down time for clean-up.
•    It is built with direct drive gearboxes on all belts for dependable service and self aligning belts and sealed bearings to reduce maintenance and down time.
•    The average operating speed per hour will fill 2,500 1 gallon and 1,000 5 gallon and plant 750 3-5 gallon.
•    The hopper is powered by a 3/4 HP motor, potting conveyor a 1/2 HP, and the soil return a 3/4 HP motor.  All are 220 VAC, single or three phase.

MODEL PM1500

•    The Model 1500 is a High Speed Potting Machine with a 4 cu. yd. hopper.
•    The 16” variable speed pot conveyor passes over a vibrating ultra high density wear plate bed and has a 16” return incline conveyor.
•    The Model PM1500 is designed to fill up to 20 gallon containers.
•    The average operating speed per hour will fill 3,600 1 gallon, 1,000 20 gallon containers, and plant 800 10-20 gallon.
•    The hopper is powered by a 11⁄2 HP motor, potting conveyor a 1 HP, and the soil return a 1 HP motor.  All are 220 VAC, single or three phase.

MODEL PM2500

•    The Model 2500 is a High Speed Potting Machine with a 6 cu. yd. hopper
•    The 20” variable speed pot conveyor passes over a vibrating ultra high density wear plate bed and has a 20” return incline conveyor.
•    The Model PM2500 is designed to fill up to 30 gallon containers.
•    The average operating speed per hour will fill 3,600 1 gallon, 1,000 30 gallon, and plant 800 20-30 gallon
•    The hopper is powered by a 2 HP motor, potting conveyor a 11⁄2 HP, and the soil return a 11⁄2 HP motor. All are 220 VAC, single or three phase.

MODEL PM1090 WATER CHAMBER

•    The PM1090 is constructed of stainless steel with a polycarbonate hood and is designed to provide controlled watering capability for multiple watering applications such as flats, trays, pots and baskets.
•    Whether it is seedlings, transplants or re-potting, it uniformly moistens all plant material and prevents wasting water during the initial stages of production.
•    The Water Chamber can be wired to be on or off as controlled by  the production line.
•    The Water Chamber is 18” wide with a height of 14” under spray bar.  and will take up to 2,000 flats per hour.  Belt is 16” wide.  Custom sizes are available.
